Introduction and Consent
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji33 platform and all associated services. By registering on baji33 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted each clause of these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on baji33, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above. The age you declare at registration must be accurate and genuine. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
1.2 Single Account Rule
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. baji33 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated winnings if this rule is violated.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at account registration — name, email, and contact details — must be completely accurate and belong to you personally. During verification, baji33 may request copies of your ID or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required information may result in account suspension or closure.
1.4 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
2.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on baji33 is ৳200 per method. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
2.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. To complete a withdrawal, your account must be verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is required for anti-money laundering compliance.
2.3 Fraud and Irregular Activity
In the event of any fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions, baji33 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and withhold any outstanding amounts. The right to pursue legal action in such cases is also reserved.
2.4 Currency and Taxes
The platform currency is Bangladeshi Taka. The member is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. baji33 does not provide tax advice.
Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳10,000 will earn a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.
3.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
- baji33 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent use is found, baji33 reserves the right to close the account.
Gaming Rules
4.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on baji33 are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of all games available on the platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is guaranteed. A stable internet connection is required to enjoy the gaming services.
4.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network disruption, or other technical issue, baji33 reserves the right to declare the relevant round void and return the bet amount. Any winnings claimed as a result of a technical error may be cancelled.
4.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding or conspiring with other members.
- Using any form of manipulation or fraudulent betting methods.
- Attempting to undermine the fairness of the platform.
VIP Program and Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
The baji33 VIP program has four tiers. Tier placement is determined based on a user's gaming activity and participation:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week.
5.2 Cashback Terms
Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week. Cashback funds will be credited to your account within a set timeframe. baji33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming
baji33 believes in responsible gaming. We want all our members to enjoy gaming for entertainment and within their means. Gaming should never be considered a source of income.
